Easy Originals templates are digital products. Once your template has been delivered, purchases are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, choosing the wrong template, or deciding not to use it.

Trouble with your purchase?

If you haven’t received your template, have accidentally purchased it twice, or find something that isn’t working as described, please contact me at hello@easyoriginals.com with your order details and a description of the issue. I’ll review it and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting, a correction, replacement, or refund.
