Challenge
Ian needed a brand and website that made his specialisation immediately clear to people searching for effective OCD treatment in Dublin and across Ireland. The project needed to communicate his expertise in ERP, bring his clinical knowledge and lived experience together, and feel reassuring without becoming passive, overly clinical or indistinguishable from a general therapy practice.
Solution
Easy Originals created a clear, confidence-focused identity and Squarespace website centred entirely around Ianâs expertise in OCD. The new site explains ERP and Ianâs approach in accessible language, clarifies his in-person and online options, and gives visitors access to trustworthy resources before they are ready to take the next step.
Strategy
The website follows the questions someone may have while searching for specialist help: recognising their experience, understanding how ERP works, learning why Ian is uniquely equipped to help and deciding what to do next. Search strategy expands Ianâs reach beyond Dublin to people across Ireland. At the same time, straightforward typography, confident contrast and hand-drawn graphic elements make the experience feel expert, human and easy to navigate.
Project Scope
Brand strategy / Visual identity / Website strategy / Content structure / Squarespace design and development / User experience / Search research and optimisation / Resource library
Outcome
Ian now has a focused brand and website that positions him clearly as an OCD and ERP specialist rather than a general therapist. His expertise, lived experience and evidence-based approach are easy to recognize, giving people across Ireland a clearer path toward trustworthy information and specialized care.
âBitty was an absolute joy to work with. From our very first interaction, she put me at ease and took the time to really understand what I wanted from the new website - both in terms of design and feeling. She translated that vision into reality with such care and creativity. I can be quite particular about the details, and Bitty was endlessly patient, thoughtful, and determined to make sure everything was just right. Thank you Bitty!â
